Terms and Conditions:
We request at least a 24 hour notice either by phone or email for all cancellations. If you notify us of the cancellation but it is not placed prior to 24 hours of your scheduled service you will be charged a " Lost Booking Fee" of $60.
If we are NOT notified of the cancellation and our cleaners arrive at your premises and are not able to clean you will still be charged for that days service.
We fully understand that emergencies can occur so there are exceptions to the terms and conditions and we reserve the right to use our discretion to revoke, amend or alter the terms based on an individual basis.
All times quoted are estimated and the actual cleaning time may take longer and you acknowledge this and will pay the total cost of the service.
The cost for detailed cleaning will be added to the total cost of service.
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise discussed.
Any and all payments for cancelled services will be billed to the client and payment will be due by date on invoice.
We reserve the right to offer or revoke any discount or special offers at any time and at our own discretion.
